ISN’T IT GREAT that we get to watch Love Island every single night as opposed to once a week? Truly joyous, endless viewing.
Anyway, last night’s proceedings got a little bit tetchy – Hayley conclusively decided she doesn’t want Eyal (or ‘Eel’ as she likes to call him), Jack and Dani called it off before calling it back on again (yasssssss!) and Adam finally revealed himself as the slimeball we all knew him to be.
Yeah, don’t look so surprised you CREEP.
To catch you up to speed, Adam is currently coupled up with Kendall, who he swiped off Niall. They went on a date, kissed on said date – everything seemed rosie in the garden.
EXCEPT for when an actual girl called Rosie came in.
A few dodgy Truth Or Dares later, it was revealed that Rosie fancied Adam, and Adam fancied Rosie. Kendall went as far as predicting that the pair would inevitably recouple together.
At this point, you’d imagine Adam would go out of his way to reassure his current partner, right? Right?!??!?
Wrong – Adam’s main concerns appear to be a) getting his dick wet and/or b) winning Love Island, and he obviously doesn’t think that’s going to happen with poor Kendall.
In the Beach Hut, he revealed: “I didn’t realise how insecure she might have been especially with me, I thought she’d have a little bit more confidence in her so to be honest it might be sort of grinding on me a little bit.”
(Adam, her ex-fiancé walked out her, I doubt you’d be feeling like the cat’s pyjamas straight away after that).
I think the next day or so I’ll see where that’s at but I can’t deal with that much insecurity there’s only so far you can go… The new girls have just walked in. They’re not bad at all. I haven’t really had a chance to speak to them at all but the looks are there.”
Later in the show Adam pulled Kendall aside for a chat and told her: “If I’m honest with you, alarm bells are ringing in my head now.
“I never normally push this hard to try and make the girl feel comfortable, ever… I’ve done nothing to make you think that I would pick someone else.”
To which Kendall confessed: “I am just insecure. I think Rosie has come in, she’s really attractive, I know you two are going to get on.”
People on Twitter were really unhappy with his behaviour, with some labelling him as ‘toxic’.
