JUST LIKE POST Malone, I am always tired.
If I sleep too little, I’m tired. And if I sleep too much, I’m groggy.
And what does it feel like to feel groggy? Like you’re tired, that’s what.
If you find yourself marvelling at people, who are positively brimming over with energy on a daily basis, you’re not alone.
There’s a whole community of us that would happily roll our eyes at every run-off-their-feet over-achiever in our circle… if only we could get up the energy, that is. It’s this damn exhaustion, sure you know yourself.
While feeling permanently rat-arsed with tiredness is not much fun, it is comforting to know that we’re all in it together.
