But where to go?

Here are some good places to start.

1. The Living Room, Dublin

The largest beer garden in Dublin is located in The Living Room right in the heart of the city centre. Warning: it might get hectic.

2. Geoff’s, Waterford

One of the most popular drinking spots in Waterford is also home to one of the loveliest beer gardens. There’s even palm trees!

Nothing says summer like congregating by the Big Blue Bus on a sunny evening, does it? Well, except maybe a pint outside Grogan’s.

4. The Courtyard on Sober Lane, Cork

5. The Locke Bar, Limerick

6.  O’Connells, Galway

9. Drury Buildings, Dublin

10. Scannell’s Bar, Clonakilty

The place to go should you find yourself in one of the most picturesque parts of the country.

11. Billy Byrne’s, Kilkenny

Not unlike The Bernard Shaw, this Kilkenny pub has a very cosy outdoor area and a bus serving food. You’ll be chillin’ like Bob Dylan in no time. (Sorry.)
