There was a carol service for therapy dogs in Christ Church yesterday and the photos are cute out

Bark, the herald angels sing…

IT’S GLOOMY OUT there this morning, but this will cheer you right up.

Peata is an volunteer association that brings therapy dogs to care centres (such as hospitals, nursing homes and special needs schools) to give a little boost to the staff, residents, and patients.

To thank the doggies at the end of the year, a carol service is organised in Christ Church Cathedral in Dublin – and yesterday, the pups descended on the church for their big day out.

It was just as adorably chaotic as you’d expect it to be:

The Christmas style was in full force, of course.

Can you imagine the racket between the singing and the dogs howling?

Today FM reporter Kim Buckley captured an excellent video of the proceedings:

Making friends! Wagging tails! It’s just too much.
