CHRISSY TEIGEN’S BIRTHDAY got off to a bad start when she was upset by the realisation that she had the same birthday as Mr. Krabs from Spongebob.
On top of that, she wasn’t too pleased with the birthday wish John Legend shared on Instagram. He wrote:
Happy birthday to my wonderful wife @chrissyteigen! I’m so happy you were born! You bring so much light to my life and to the lives of everyone who knows you. I love you so much! Happy birthday!!!
What more could anyone ask for?
Well, a hi-res photo apparently. Teigen dropped him a comment:
Anyway, it looked like she had a much better time at her Pan Am themed birthday party later that day.
Pan Am was the largest international air carrier in the US and was founded in 1927, but ended up collapsing in the early 1990s. So basically, Chrissy’s guests were expected to dress like rich jet setters during the company’s peak in the 1960s.
The succeeded in doing so, as Kim Kardashian’s Snapchat story proved. Kim showed up in a vintage Chanel dress looking like an air hostess, while Chrissy looked like Marge Simpson in the country club episode.
Guests arrived at the check-in desk and received their boarding passes before they got onto the plane.
Then they obviously arrived at first class.
Chrissy enjoyed a fake cigarette as she performed the oxygen mask demo for her guests.
Kim Kardashian also had a cigarette on the plane, which is a thing that people actually used to do once upon a time.
Guests were also encouraged to leaf through vintage magazines
John serenaded Chrissy as they ate their in-flight meals.
And so did Kris Jenner.
And they all played bingo. Look at Kanye, he’s only delighted that he won.
If your birthday party can make Kanye West smile, you’re doing something right.
