Watch: English cliff falls into the sea during rough weather

Storm waves battering cliffs at Hastings in East Sussex finally took their toll.

WHAT CAN ONLY be described as a storm season is not quite over yet with more wind and rain on the way.

As these pictures we put together show the damage around the country so far has already been quite significant.

Perhaps none are as dramatic though as this clip from East Sussex on England’s south coast.

The storm waves battering cliffs in Hastings finally took their toll when a portion of the cliff fell into the English Channel.

Thankfully nobody was injured but onlookers did capture these great shots.
