A cute kid just made the perfect election request to a Dublin candidate

‘Just wanted to see if I could get a hamster’.

INDEPENDENT ALLIANCE ELECTION candidate Deirdre O’Donovan is out on the canvas at the moment, as we await a date for General Election 2016.

O’Donovan, who’s also a SDCC county councillor, has been using these calling cards for any potential constituents she might miss (or who are hiding behind the curtains).

One young resident of Dublin Southwest has some firm ideas in mind when it comes to the candidate they feel might be able to best represent them…

O’Donovan says:

Not sure this is an election promise I can keep.

*Insert obligatory joke here about nobody ever keeping election promises are you mad hahaha*

Seven million first preferences to the kid who wants the hamster! ELECT THEM AS TAOISEACH!
