OK, SO VALENTINE’S Day can leave some with a bad taste in their mouths. But what about Valentine’s Day for dogs?
The Doggie Lodge in Wicklow celebrates all holidays with its four-legged guests, and Valentine’s Day is thankfully no different.
A romantic little party was held for all the pups in attendance today, with decorations and roses and Valentine’s cards for everybody. Was it cute? You bet your boots it was.

This pup got all spruced up for the occasion
That’s a very smart jumper. Smart enough to meet the mammy in, even.
This dog was very excited to convey its Valentine’s message
“HELLO HUMAN YOU LOOK NICE TODAY.”
While this one worried you mightn’t feel the same way

What are these morose little guys thinking of? Their stinking exes?
There was some confusion later over who got to keep the rose. This leggy ginger would just not let it go.
