It looks like Ed Sheeran will be extremely busy on the 19th of May.

It’s reported that Prince Harry has asked Ed to perform at his wedding in Windsor Chapel this May. According to US Weekly, “Prince Harry has personally requested Ed perform at his wedding.”

Immediately after the proposal, people suspected Ed would be on the entertainment bill for the royal wedding. He was asked about it late last year, and in typical Ed Sheeran fashion he responded “Yeah, why not?”

The royal wedding is on Saturday the 19th of May, which also happens to be the date of Ed Sheeran’s third Phoenix Park gig. No need to worry though, he’ll probably manage to squeeze both of the events in without much trouble because London’s only a short flight away. Plus the Brits can’t ask him to skip the concert in case they risk upsetting us during Brexit negotiations. (Us Weekly)

Pierce Brosnan’s in trouble over an advertisement in India.

The Government’s Department of Health in Delhi has issued a show-cause notice asking the actor to explain his participation in an advertising campaign with Pan Bahar mouth freshener.

The mouth freshener is associated with an addictive form of chewing tobacco – pan masala and gutka, which is commonly chewed in India.

Advertisements for tobacco products are strictly prohibited in India, and as a result of appearing in the advertisement, Brosnan could face two years in jail or a 5,000 rupee (€63) fine if he does not respond to the notice in 10 days. We’ll put our money on him taking the fine.

The row over the advertisement has been going on since 2016, when Brosnan said he was ‘deeply shocked and saddened’ to find out his image had been used ‘deceptively’ and that he would ‘never have entered into any agreement to promote a product in India that is dangerous to one’s health’. Peter Andre’s wife used her Valentine’s Day card to take a dig at Rebekah Vardy’s comments about his package.

Two months ago, comments Rebekah Vardy made in 2001 about her one night stand with Peter Andre re-emerged. Vardy, who was accused of bullying in last year’s series of I’m A Celeb, claimed that Peter Andre’s genitals resembled a “miniature chipolata”.

Today, Peter shared a photo of the Valentine’s Day card he received from his wife Emily Andre.

She wrote “Your massive heart is one reason why I love you… Your massive willy is another”. Peter uploaded the photo to Instagram, with the caption “Lovely flowers my wife got me… no idea who the card’s from.”

When Vardy’s comments resurfaced in December, Peter Andre uploaded a photograph of a butcher standing beside a 6ft tall sausage. (Mirror)
