Chris Martin has admitted he was ‘a mess’ after splitting from his wife Gwyneth Paltrow in 2014 following ten years of marriage.
The Coldplay frontman struggled after the A-list couple, who are parents to Apple, now 14, and Moses, 12, famously announced they were consciously uncoupling, leading Chris’ bandmates to fear for his wellbeing.
Speaking in a new documentary film Coldplay: A Head Full Of Dreams Chris, 41, said while the band toured their album Mylo Xyloto he felt ‘completely worthless and nothing to anybody.’
“I was just like, ‘I’m a mess’, really, because I can’t enjoy the great things around me. Then, of course, I went through a break-up with Gwyneth.
Listen, I’m never going to moan, I’m grateful for everything, but it was pretty touch and go.”
Chris’s bandmates Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion along with their former manager Phil Harvey were concerned for their friend, with Phil confessing: ‘Your mind can go to the worst case scenario.
“I was worried about him to the extent that I was just really glad to get a text in the morning just to know he was OK.,” he said. (Daily Mail)
Adriana Lima is retiring her wings.
The Victoria’s Secret model walked her last show for the lingerie brand last night, receiving a standing ovation at the end.
Sharing a message with her 11 million followers on Instagran, Adriana said: “Dear Victoria, Thank you for showing me the world, sharing your secrets, and most importantly not just giving me wings but teaching me to fly.”

Kim K and her family were given an hour to evacuate their Calabasas home after a huge blaze broke out.
The reality star shared video of herself landing back in Los Angeles as fires could be seen below.
Kim told her millions of followers she was only allowed back home to collect a few belongings before she had to leave.
“Pray for Calabasas,” she wrote on her Instagram story.
Just landed back home and I had one hour to pack up and evacuate our home. Pray everyone is safe.”
A few hours later she also shared a video of police cars and fire trucks, and said: “They’re evacuating everyone now from all of our homes.” (Mirror)
