6 things you don't want to happen in bed tonight

For a good night’s sleep, THIS IS IMPORTANT.

IT’S LATE AT night, and you’re probably feeling pretty tired.

You should maybe shut the computer (also: phone, iPad) down and get some sleep.

The first thing you need to do is find a nice comfy position.

For a good night's sleep, you don't want ANY of these things to happen:

1. Being unexpectedly disturbed

Remember: It's only IN your dreams you're supposed to humiliate yourself. Not when you wake up.

3. Falling asleep like this

4. Someone nearby playing LOUD MUSIC

OK, it would actually be a bit awesome if you reacted like this. But totally destructive to your sleep patterns.
