THIS INCREDIBLE IMAGE of Ireland and the UK as seen from the International Space Station has been going around on Twitter, so we’ve tracked down the original.
The picture shows the Aurora Borealis over the north Atlantic (the green and purple part), the sun rising in the east (the blue and white part), and the night lights of towns and cities in Ireland and Britain. It was taken on March 28 this year.
