7 reasons why Irish Rail are dead right to ban train drinking

One of the services from Galway to Dublin is being denied booze.

EVEN BEEN TRAPPED on a train carriage with a person or a gang of people indulging in a few sherries?

It can be a trying time – something that hasn’t gone unnoticed by the powers that be.

Last May Irish Rail announced that the consumption of alcohol on some Friday afternoon trains from Dublin to Waterford was being banned.

Now alcohol  is being banned on the 1pm Sunday service from Galway to Dublin with Irish Rail confirming that BYOB will also be forbidden, and that the train will be alcohol free.

Here’s why they’re dead right. DEAD RIGHT!
