Oh brother.

OH, KANYE.

Why do you insist on making things so hard on yourself?

The rapper/fashion designer/Kardashian add-on has once again caused a bit of a stir after he stated that the fashion industry discriminated against him for not being gay.

West was speaking about, among other things, homophobia in music and Caitlyn Jenner when he reportedly dropped this clanger.

I feel like I got discriminated in fashion for not being gay.

Elsewhere in the interview, Kanye West praised Frank Ocean for helping to “break the ground” for LGBT musicians.

In music, you definitely get discriminated in music if you are gay. It takes amazing talents to break down barriers. Everyone thought that when Frank Ocean dropped that it was going to be bad for his career.

But as you can imagine, it’s that earlier remark that has dominated the headlines.

Many have asserted that perhaps there are other reasons why he hasn’t been warmly embraced by the fashion industry.

Oh Kanye.

Maybe it’s best if you just stay quiet for a while.
