This Irish company crafted a lovely story for a customer who found a snail in his grapes

WE LOVE WHEN brands get customer service right. And Irish fruit company Keelings got this one spot on.

Matthew Reilly posted this picture to the Keelings Facebook page today – in it, you can see a little snail nestled amongst the grapes:

Reilly took it pretty well though, saying they ate around him and eventually ‘adopted’ him:

Please meet Ralph! Now this is not a complaint, it didn’t bother us in the slightest. He’s a friendly little fella and there’s worse things that could have happened… I just wanted to bring it to your attention! BTW Ralph is doing very well, he’s now our friend :)

Far from launching straight into apologies, Keelings took Reilly’s lead:

We were wondering were Ralph had gone! Ralph has been a farm favourite for a number of years and his mother is really worried about him. Can you please PM us with your details and we will have his mother collect him, it may take her a while to get there though! Thanks again for taking care of our friend.

We never knew we could feel so much for a snail. #Team Ralph #GetRalphHome
