With The X Factor’s new series all set to return, Simon Cowell has been dishing the dirt on what Louis Walsh was like when he was away from the judging panel.
As The Mirror reports, our Louis wasn’t afraid to give his opinion on how the show had gone downhill in his absence, as Simon says:
What was so funny was that he used to phone me every week, I’d get an hour where he would scream down the phone and I’d be like, ‘Well, stop watching. I can’t help it, it’s not my fault if you don’t like it anymore’.
But honest to god, it was a weekly call. It would start about two in the morning and I’d be like, ‘Oh God, it’s Louis again’. I’d put it on speaker, lie down and listen.

Apparently, Mariah Carey isn’t too fond of other pop starlets being featured on the speakers around the gaff.
A report today says that she threw her boyfriend James Packer’s laptop out the window when he had the temerity to play Beyoncé.
Australian website The Fix has the “exclusive”, saying:
“To get her in the mood last month, he turned on [Beyonce's signature smash] ‘Crazy in Love’, and oh boy, was that a disaster!” the insider told us. “Mariah threw the computer that was playing it via speakers out the window!
So now. No more Beyoncé around the house, James.
