Michael Jackson’s desperate letter to Lisa Marie pulled from auction

A scrawled letter from Michael Jackson complains about a lack of sleep.

A LETTER WRITTEN by Michael Jackson to his former wife Lisa Marie Presley has been pulled prior to it going up for auction.

The newly-released letter points to the difficulties that Jackson had sleeping.

According to The Daily Mail the child-like written letter states he had not slept for days and needed to “take care of my health first”.

He continues in the letter stating: “‘I need to be away from phones and business people. I must take care of my health first.” He also writes that he was ‘crazy’ for her, and signed off under his pet name ‘Turd’.

Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley were married from 1994 to 1996.

TMZ reports that the letter has been pulled from auction after Lisa Marie Presley “pitched a fit”.

The letter, which was being sold at Julien’s Auctions - the same Beverly Hills auction company selling off Elvis Presley’s crypt – was expected to fetch up to $1200 (€970) when it went under the hammer next month.

One item that will be going up for auction is one of deceased singer Whitney Houston’s old passports.
