Vertigo

George Hook really didn't enjoy the experience of virtual reality goggles

Pat Kenny, on the other hand, was a little less dramatic.

BOTH OF THESE broadcasters have very different style – one loud and brash while the other more cooing and sharp.

These different attitudes shone through when someone decided to bring in a pair of virtual reality glasses to Newstalk HQ, projecting a 3D environment right in front of the presenters’ eyes.

Pat Kenny’s seemed fairly unfazed by the experience, muttering a quiet “Oh my God… my God almighty”.

However, George Hook was a little more taken aback by the whole experience:

Oh [expletive], vertigo! [expletive]… look at that OH [expletive]

And sure since he had such a bad reaction, why not just keep going? Although in fairness, this would probably be most people’s reaction.

The glasses the pair were wearing are made by Oculus Rift, a company recently snapped up by Facebook.
