Not sure what to do with the Christmas tree? Feed it to an elephant

That’s what tree-sellers in Berlin did, anyway.

GETTING RID OF the Christmas tree can be a difficult and arduous task for some households.

But for local vendors in Berlin, getting rid of the leftovers was easy. They made a donation to the city zoo so its elephants could tuck into a post-Christmas feast.
