PENNEYS HAS BEEN consistently killing it lately when it comes to makeup and skincare and their new range has piqued our interest.
The high street giant has announced that their new PS… Eye Candy and Cotton Candy lines will hit shops this week.
The range includes eyeshadow palates, eye pigment, matte lipsticks and a Cotton Candy kit.
As you can see, they’re very Instagrammable. (Indeed, the packaging is very reminiscent of Kylie Cosmetics.)
