IT HAS BEEN a good couple of weeks for Robbie Keane (although he lives in LA with a supermodel wife so when is it not).
First, he did the ice bucket challenge at some slick Hollywood party and then last night, he launched the LA Galaxy fightback from 2-0 down in their eventual 4-3 win against the Colorado Rapids.
Galaxy were 2-0 and 3-1 down before they clawed it back to 3-3. Then Robbie delivered this perfect pass for Landon Donovan to snatch a winner.
Presumably the goal helped Donovan get over the selective amnesia that he has developed since the World Cup.
