Everybody’s talking about…Eamonn Holmes putting his foot in it

Eamonn Holmes told fellow Good Morning Britain presenter Charlotte Hawkins the most beautiful bride he has ever seen.

Only problem was, his wife Ruth Langsford probably wasn’t too happy about it.

During a conversation about Pippa Midleton’s wedding arrangements, he said:

I do have to say, the most beautiful bride I ever saw in my whole life was Charlotte.

Sound.

Ruth later opened the show they present together, This Morning, by telling him she had a bone to pick.

I heard you say , I’ll tell you who I thought was the most beautiful bride I’ve ever seen, and I even put down my hairdryer to listen. You said Charlotte!
But you’re my wife!
I might not be for much longer.
