Johnny Depp spent $5 million dollars shooting his friend’s ashes out of a cannon
In 2017, a counter lawsuit was filed against Johnny Depp by his former management, who denied that their alleged mismanagement led to his financial problems.
Included in the lawsuit filed by The Management Group was a list of Johnny Depp’s alleged expenses which included $18 million on a yacht, $4 million on a record label and $200,000 a month on private planes.
And then there was the smaller matter of a $3 million expense on a specially-made cannon from which to shoot Hunter S Thompson’s ashes.
But here’s the thing; Johnny is actually claiming he spent more than 3 mill on the canon.
According to Johnny, he actually dropped almost twice as much on it.
Speaking to Rolling Stone, Johnny revealed the real figure.
By the way, it was not $3 million to shoot Hunter into the f**king sky. It was $5 million.

Kim Kardashian-West returned to Paris because she needed ‘closure’
More than a year and a half after being robbed at gunpoint in Paris, Kim Kardashian returned to the French capital in an effort to establish closure over the harrowing incident.
The mother-of-three travelled with Kanye West for the Louis Vuitton Menswear spring/summer 2019 Paris Fashion Week show, and is keen to create new memories of the city.
Speaking to E! News, a source said Kim is determined to draw a line under the incident, which saw her retreat from the public eye and reconsider her approach to social media.
She has missed [Paris] and felt like it was the right time to go. She felt comfortable because she had Kanye by her side the entire time. She also had beefed up security because there were so many paparazzi. It was good for her to go back, but emotional at the same time.
The source added that Kim hopes to make trips to Paris on the regular following this one.
It’s been so long, but it’s a city she has always loved and she wants to be able to visit regularly again. The visit was special and important for Kim. She wants to move on completely from what happened and going back helped with closure.
