A MAN WITH three testicles has posted a picture of his interesting anatomy online, and answered some questions about it.
The Reddit user, calling himself Garden of Gandalf posted on the community site saying he “just turned 18 and I’ve been waiting to show Reddit what it looks like to have three testicles”.
