AS IS WHITE House tradition, the President and First Lady gave out Halloween treats to a group of local kids on the south lawn yesterday evening.
Things were going off without a hitch, until Trump was faced with his greatest nemesis:

He was greeting the kids and giving out sweets when he seemed to completely blank the dinosaur
