The Great Celebrity Bake Off For Stand Up to Cancer (Channel 4, 8pm)

Lee Mack,  Joe Lycett, Melanie Sykes and Griff Rhys Jones set out to impress judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith in the famous Bake Off tent. Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig will, of course, be on hand for some cake-related punning.

Home of the Year (RTÉ One, 8.30pm)

Tonight’s episode will see the judges travel to Cork, Clare and Dublin, but which of the three houses will impress the experts?

Everyone is talking about… My Big Day: Home or Away

Last night saw the first episode of a new wedding-inspired series, where two wedding planners battle it out to provide an engaged couple with the celebration of their dreams.

It seems after Sunday night’s Room To Improve, Irish viewers felt they were due a case of the warm and fuzzies, and the new show definitely delivered.

In fact, it looks like anyone who tuned in couldn’t help but shed a tear over the heartwarming formula, which featured a couple named Peter and Kate.

And we’re a surefire hit on our hands with Twitter only dying for next week’s episode to land.
