What to watch on TV tonight: Friday

The TV everyone will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Graham Norton Show (BBC1, 10.35pm)

Graham’s got Tom Hanks on tonight, who is sure to be an absolutely delightful guest. Game of Thrones’ Maisie Williams also drops by, along with boxer Anthony Joshua. Music from First Aid Kit. #grahamnorton

The Late Late Show (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)

And now on to this potential trash fire! Former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer joins Ryan this week, which should be… fun. Liam Neeson will restore some semblance of sanity to the proceedings, hopefully. #latelate

The Big Fat Quiz Of Everything (Channel 4, 9pm)

Jimmy Carr challenges a rag tag bunch of misfits including Vic Reeves, Bob Mortimer, Claudia Winkleman and Miranda Hart to answer questions on anything and everything from the last 100,000 years of human history. Ooh! #bfqoe

Everybody’s talking about: Derry Girls

So Derry Girls has been renewed for a second season, which is highly deserved – but did you know that Nicola Coughlan, who plays teenager Clare in the series, is 31 years old?

Incredible. There must be a picture in an attic somewhere growing more grotesque with each passing year. It’s the only answer.
