Irish Lives: My Transgender Journey (TV3, 9pm)

This documentary follows Sam, Louise and Kay, three transgender people campaigning for recognition in Ireland. The three speak candidly about their journey towards self-acceptance in a country that doesn’t accept them.

Second Captains Live (RTÉ Two, 10.20pm)

The final episode in the sporting series sees Leinster rugby player Sean O’Brien, jockey Ruby Walsh and legendary Olympic athlete Sonia O’Sullivan join the lads on the couch. Expect craic and debate by the bucketload. #SecondCaptainsLive
