What to watch on TV tonight: Tuesday

Here’s the telly that everyone will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Catastrophe (Channel 4, 10pm)

Sharon Horgan and Rob Delaney’s brilliant comedy returns for its third season tonight, and Catastrophe fans are hitting peak excitement right about now. Rob picks up where he left off at the end of series two, with an unexplained receipt for the morning after pill and a lot of questions for Sharon. Too drunk at the time to remember what she did, she dodges his interrogation and goes to see Nico perform with his band to find out the truth. #catastrophe

The Secret Life of the Zoo (Channel 4, 8pm)

Cameras follow animals at Chester Zoo, including Pedro the giant anteater. He is about to be reunited with his long-term partner, Bliss, but then he falls ill and faces a major operation, with an uncertain outcome. #thesecretlifeofthezoo

X-Men (Film4, 9pm)

Super-powered outsiders Rogue and Wolverine find themselves at a school for mutants which is run by a benevolent psychic professor. While there, they agree to join others with similar gifts to take on a superhuman mutant terrorist faction intent on establishing dominance over mankind. The original, and probably still one of the best.
