DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Rose of Tralee (RTE 1, 8pm)

The annual festival is back, and we’re excited. What will the lovely girls do to make a show of Daithi this evening? No poetry, that’s for sure. We’ll be liveblogging the whole thing, so come keep us company at eight.

University Challenge (BBC 2, 8pm)

The seventh first-round quiz is between Balliol College Oxford and Imperial College London. Will they get a music round? We can only hope.

The Big Fat Quiz of Everything (Channel 4, 9pm)

Jonathan Ross, Noel Fielding, Richard Ayoade, Aisling Bea, Adam Buxton and Rob Beckett are quizzed on literally everything that happened in the past ten thousand years. Jimmy Carr is the quizmaster, as usual.
