American Hustle (Channel 4, 9pm)
Christian Bale stars as a conman caught by the FBI, and attempts to avoid jail by taking part in a sting operation. We’re here for the seventies gear and Amy Adams and Jennifer Lawrence’s hair though.

Bear Grylls appeared on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and he certainly left an impression.
