what to watch

What to watch on TV tonight: Saturday

Here’s the telly that everyone will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Ray D’Arcy Show (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)

Tonight, Ray D’Arcy chats to some of this season’s First Dates Ireland contestants and presides over an installment of Tinder on the Telly. Promises to be awkwardly entertaining at the very least.

Taboo (BBC One, 9.15pm)

The period drama starring Tom Hardy picks up where it left off with the second episode tonight.

The Sapphires (BBC Two, 10.20pm)

A bright and bouncy musical starring our own Chris O’Dowd as a talent scout who recruits a group of indigenous women in Australia to form a girl group and takes them to Vietnam to sing for the troops.

Everyone’s talking about… All Round Mrs Brown’s

Mrs_Brown_s_Boys_D_sequel__Yes_please_says_BBC

A few weeks ago, it was announced that Mrs. Brown would be getting her own chat on BBC called All Round To Mrs Brown’s.

Yesterday, Danny O’Carroll, son of Brendan, told Eoghan McDermott that Mrs Brown will interview celebrities, play games and interviewing their mammies.

It will probably be Cathy who is interviewing the celebrities but Mrs Brown will be sitting in on them. The celebrities will be taking their mothers with them too. So it’s fair game.

Well now.
