What to watch on TV tonight: Sunday

Here’s the telly that everyone will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

One Love Manchester Concert (RTÉ 2 & BBC One, 6.55pm)

Nearly a fortnight on from the horrendous attacks in Manchester, Ariana Grande leads a special tribute concert in Old Trafford. Expect performances from Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Niall Horan and more. Ought to be even more poignant following the events in London last night. #OneLoveManchester

Redwater (RTÉ One, 9.30pm)

The Eastenders spin-off continues following last week’s kiss between, er, cousins. #redwater

The Handmaid’s Tale (Channel 4, 9pm)

The powerful (and occasionally grim) adaptation of Margaret Atwood’s seminal novel continues on Channel 4 last night. Believe all the hype. #handmaidstale

Everyone’s talking about… Bill Maher

The comedian has apologised for using a racial slur on his show Real Time with Bill Maher. Maher referred to himself as a “house n****r” on the most recent episode of his show, sparking uproar.

Yesterday, he apologised for using the word and said he used it in the “banter of a live moment”.
