What to watch on TV tonight: Tuesday

Here are the shows people will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

First Dates (Channel 4, 10pm)

We had to go a week without it, and it wasn’t nice. The Best Show on Tv (fact, ask anyone) is back with a new series. Tonight, Irishman Damien thinks his Tourette’s is the reason he can’t get a date, while a 79-year-old history student Joe tries to woo his date Dee.

Last Orders with Gay Byrne (RTE 1, 9.35pm)

Gay Byrne explores the role Catholic Church in Irish lives over the past 200 years. He also examines what it meant for him growing up, and how he’s seen it change as time goes on.

Olympics, Rio 2016 (RTE 2, 6.30pm 10pm)

Yes, another day another rake of Olympics coverage. If you’re not fully addicted yet, get to it. We’re only briefly interrupted at half seven for Real Madrid versus Sevilla, but other than that you can get your fix all day.

Everyone’s talking about… Naked Attraction

Yes, still. Last night, the dating show which involves judging potential suitors as they stand in front of you butt naked, got CRUDE.

One woman referred to her lady parts in less-than-desirable terms.

What did she call it? A BEEF SANDWICH.

People weren’t impressed

Or flick over for…

An Hour to Save Your Life (BBC 2, 9pm) A look at how emergency doctors make their initial critical decisions when saving a life.

The Royle Family (RTE 1, 10.35pm) A one-off episode, seven years since little David’s christening.

The Job Interview (Channel 4, 9pm) Kinda like First Dates, but we’re watching people on interviews instead.
