Perhaps she was trying to double-bluff them? All we know for sure is that the 37-year-old and 57-year-old Richard Jeffrey Rice were both arrested on Tuesday and taken to the Laurel County detention facility. Both were charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
