THIS BBC SCANDAL is its most shocking yet – what will henceforth be known as C**tgate.

Parents believe CBeebies presenter Chris Jarvis uttered a very rude word yesterday morning during a little song about ‘fluttering kites’.

The offending clip was originally uploaded to Facebook, where it was shared a massive 53,000 times:

We know we shouldn’t, but…

Kite? C**t? What is it, Chris?

Luckily for the BBC though, everyone thinks the mix up is hilarious.

After dozens of enquiries on the official CBeebies Facebook page, the BBC reassured parents that it was not what they had feared:

It’s kite everyone, kite! We make shows for your little ones so it’s always going to be kite.

Still though – ‘fluttering c**t’ is the best insult we’ve heard in a while.
