Not-so-Wacko Jacko: Kids insist Jackson was a 'good father'

Prince Michael, Paris Michael and Prince Michael II (really) tell Oprah her father only ever wanted to protect them.

THE HOUSE IN WHICH ‘King of Pop’ Michael Jackson died is up for sale – at the oh-so-average Bel Air price of change under $29 million.

The Richard Landry-designed seven bedroom mansion in Holmby Hills - which features a sewer-boggling thirteen toilets – was being rented by Jackson for a paltry (!) $100,000 a month when he died in the house from a Propofol overdose in June 2009.

But with few takers when the house’s owners put the lease on the 17,171-square-foot pad back on the market for three times the price,  the owner – Hubert Guez, the CEO of the Ed Hardy clothing line – has decided to offload the property.

Here’s a look inside the house, with photos from the property listing.

The listing describes the house as:

…a major achievement in design and proportion, incorporating classic design and impeccable craftsmanship and offering the perfect integration of charm and elegance in a world-class setting.

The estate also offers a glamorous theatre for screenings in a grand style, a magnificent wine cellar and tasting room, elevator, a spacious spa with gym, and an elegant guest house with stained glass doors leading to the expansive pool and gardens.

A lush and mature landscape surrounds the estate on approximately 1.26 acres.

While TMZ tastefully refers to the property as the ‘MJ Death Mansion‘, Gawker notes that “Michael Jackson’s ghost would be one of the best ghosts to have, when you think about it.”

Those hoping for a visit from such a spirit are merely asked to stump up $28,995,000 for the privilege.
