YESTERDAY, PENNEYS – or rather, Penneys’ parent company Primark – opened its first store in the Belgian capital Brussels.

This was the scene on the street.

No, really.

People were “waiting in line for hours”, according to this photographer.

The police had to keep order. (In fairness, we could do with them most Saturdays.)

In conclusion: people LOVE Penneys. Penneys forever.
