The image is a fairly obvious photoshop job, and actually uses a photograph of a well known face in the Harvard Square are of Boston, Massachusetts.

According to the Signs for the Homeless project the man’s name is Mike, and he calls himself ‘The Pope of Harvard Square’.

He’s 58 years old and he became homeless in 2009, after suffering a mild stroke in 2008 and falling behind on medical bills.
