Here's how Toyota paid tribute to Jeremy Clarkson after yesterday's sacking

AS YOU HAVE no doubt heard by now, Jeremy Clarkson was sacked by the BBC yesterday after the now-infamous “fracas” with his producer Oisin Tymon.

The news has left a lot of Top Gear fans feeling pretty bereft.

Following the news, Toyota UK decided to compile a video featuring clips of Jeremy Clarkson reviewing Toyota cars over the years

The car manufacturer wrote, “Thanks for everything Jeremy. It has been smashing.”

While the gesture was largely well-received, Toyota were also forced to clarify that the video was not an “endorsement” of Clarkson’s actions.
