Dublin: 10 °C Monday 15 October, 2018

This Dublin cafe’s unreal Instagram is the definition of #FoodGoals

You need to be following Eathos.

EATHOS OPENED ON Dublin’s Baggot Street in May 2015.Β

The cafΓ© is devoted to serving “thoughtful, wholesome” food and place a special emphasis on provenance and locally sourced produce.

And, as their Instagram can attest, they also might just make the most beautiful food in Dublin.

Like, is this food or is this art?

FYI: this is their ‘acai smoothie bowl’.

Meanwhile, their green smoothie bowl is equally pleasing to the eye…

Contains passionfruit, coconut, chia seeds, berries and bee pollen.

But they don’t just make super healthy food — they’ve also been known to make decadent sweet treats

Like these S’mores.

Or how about this.

Almond frangipane, poached rhubarb and strawberry jelly with whipped white chocolate ganache

Four words: salted caramel popcorn slab

Oh Mama.

Have you ever seen a prettier filo pastry?

Can I… can I eat that?

Goddamnit, even their pancakes are aesthetically pleasing.

Food has never looked this good, tbh.

Your photo of avocado on toast doesn’t look so impressive now, does it?
