What to watch on TV tonight: Saturday

Here are the shows people will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Ray D’Arcy Show (RTE 1, 9.35pm)

Last night’s Late Late set a high bar for Irish chat shows this weekend, and Ray will be trying to match it with Kerry Katona, the stars of Fair City and writer Sophie White joining him on the couch. There’s also a celeb lip sync battle in aid of charity and the West End musical version of The Commitments belting out some tunes.

Pitch Perfect (Film4, 9pm)

In a not-particularly-vintage Saturday night of telly, perhaps it’s time to throw on Anna Kendrick’s modern day comedy classic that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Prepare yourself for some a cappella and quality gags.

The X Factor (TV3, 8pm)

120 battled it out at boot camp and, after the drama of the six-chair challenge, the best of those made it through to the judges’ houses. Now the competition really begins as the final 12 perform live for the judges and millions of viewers at home. Good luck lads.
