What to watch on TV tonight: Wednesday

Here’s the telly people will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Brendan O’Connor’s Cutting Edge (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)

No prizes for guessing the topic of conversation tonight – and O’Connor has quite the lineup on with him to go through it all. Tommy Tiernan, journalist Niamh Horan and former Dragon Norah Casey will be sitting around the table, dissecting the future President Trump. #CuttingEdge

The Only Gay in the Village: Reality Bites (RTÉ 2, 9.30pm)

An intimate portrait of life in rural Ireland for those who are gay, lesbian or bisexual, and the personal struggles they face growing up, coming out and finding acceptance. The Reality Bites series is often compelling, intelligent viewing – and this looks like it will continue in that mould.

The Last Leg: US Election Special (Channel 4, 10pm)

In a live edition, Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker are joined by Ed Balls and Richard Osman as they cast their eye over the last 24 hours in US politics. They won’t be short on material, anyway.
