Strictly Come Dancing (BBC1, 6.30pm)

Even more Strictly! Last night, the first six couples took to the floor, and tonight the rest will have their go. There’s no eviction tonight, but points from the judges will be carried over into next week’s episode. #strictly

Zero Dark Thirty (RTÉ2, 9pm)

Jessica Chastain stars as a CIA agent taking part in the hunt for Osama bin Laden after the 9/11 attacks. Directed by Kathryn Bigelow.

Everybody’s talking about: Michael D Higgins on the Late Late

Last night, President Michael D Higgins appeared on the Late Late Show for an interview that spanned his upbringing in Limerick, to working with Mel Gibson, to life in the Áras.

He charmed absolutely everyone in the audience and watching at home with his stories, especially this tale of being a ‘qualified waiter’:
