Air ambulance service to begin 24-hour operations from Dublin Airport

AeroMedevac Ireland will begin a 24-hour service tomorrow, after newspaper reports that it was only able to operate during daylight.

THE AIR CORPS carried out its 32nd air ambulance operation so far this year today, flying a young patient and a HSE team from Crumlin Children’s Hospital over to Northhold Airbase in London. The medical group and patient were then transferred to Kings College Hospital in London. Under HSE protocol, it will not provide media updates on a patient’s condition.
