6 things you don't want to happen in bed tonight

For a good night’s sleep, THIS IS IMPORTANT.

IT’S LATE AT night, and you’re probably feeling pretty tired.

You should maybe shut the computer (also: phone, iPad) down and get some sleep.

The first thing you need to do is find a nice comfy position.

Nailed it.

Then settle in for the night.

For a good night's sleep, you don't want ANY of these things to happen:

1. Being unexpectedly disturbed

(Language NSFW)

2. Having nightmares and doing this

Remember: It's only IN your dreams you're supposed to humiliate yourself. Not when you wake up.

3. Falling asleep like this

It's enough to trouble anyone's sleep.

4. Someone nearby playing LOUD MUSIC

OK, it would actually be a bit awesome if you reacted like this. But totally destructive to your sleep patterns.

5. Someone wanting their bed (or their bit of the bed) back

I mean, it is SO TIRESOME. I think we all feel like this guy when we're woken up.

6. Sudden loud noises

(Language NSFW)

Basically, the overall aim is to sleep like Patrick Stewart:

Patrick Stewart ALWAYS sleeps well.

Goodnight from all of us at!

More: You’ll probably do this in bed tonight… but you’re not alone>
