IT’S SAFE TO say that yesterday’s stretch of ridiculously hot weather sent the country stone mad.
Naturally, Facebook comedian Rory’s Stories put up his take on events last night.
And it included some spot on references
Like struggling to walk across the poxy stones at the beach
Convincing yourself it’s going to be like the white sands of Miami when you’re driving there.
And then getting straight out of the water because it’s “f**king freezing”
And, of course, trying to get to sleep in the heat – turning the pillow as if that’s going to be the magic catch-all solution to the problem
We have to pack all of our summer activities into one day – and this just about sums it up in 30 seconds.
