*N Sync have made a lot of people extremely angry. How? With a fairly innocuous tweet about the new healthcare provisions in the US – dubbed ‘Obamacare’ by opponents – which are now coming into law.

Saoirse Ronan might be in the new Star Wars film. She auditioned for it anyway – and there is speculation the Carlow-raised actress could play Jaina, the daughter of Han Solo and Princess Leia.

Ronan has said studio executives would “chop off her head with a light sabre” if she discussed any more about it.
