world of celebs

Even celebs like Vogue Williams can't resist subtweeting their exes... It's the Dredge

It’s a natural human compulsion. All the day’s celebrity dirt, in here.

EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt from the top to the very bottom.

Vogue Williams and Brian McFadden’s split might not be as amicable as it once was.

The pair spent the first Christmas after their break-up together, and seemed to be firm pals – but this week, Brian said he thought it was “pointless” to stay in touch with her.

It’s very difficult to remain friends unless you’ve got children. I think it’s pointless as it’s going to get in the way of you having a future with other people.

Fair enough, but Vogue seems to think her ex-husband should stop talking about her altogether:

Geordie Shore and Celebrity Big Brother star Marnie Simpson says she thinks she’s “ruined her looks” by having plastic surgery. Oh dear.

The 25-year-old suffers from body dysmorphia, and got lip injections, breast implants, a nose job and liposuction in a bid to fix what she believed was “wrong” with her body.

She now feels she went overboard:

It’s taking all my willpower not to have any more surgery. I’ve had all the lip filler removed, but I want my chin shaved for a more chiselled look, though I don’t want to end up looking like a robot and ruining my looks forever.

The cast of Geordie Shore are pretty needle-happy in general, with Charlotte Crosby, Chloe Ferry and Holly Hagan all going under the knife at one time or another. (Mirror)

Hey, so Tim Allen is a bit of a d*ck! On Jimmy Kimmel’s chat show the other night, the actor likened being a conservative in Hollywood to living in Nazi Germany. How could you, Buzz Lightyear/Santa Claus?

I’m not kidding, you gotta be real careful around here, you get beat up if you don’t believe, it’s like 30s Germany.

This prompted the Anne Frank Centre to ask him if he had “lost his mind” and call for an apology:

No one in Hollywood today is subjecting you or anyone else to what the Nazis imposed on Jews in the 1930s… Sorry Tim, that’s just not the same as getting turned down for a movie role.

He’s just so persecuted, god bless him. (TIME)

And the rest of the day’s celebrity dirt…

  • Mary Berry hasn’t heard of new Bake Off host Noel Fielding. (Metro)
  • Demi Lovato is the latest celebrity to have her private pictures stolen by hackers. (The Sun)
  • How cute is this interview with best buds Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Reynolds? (ONTD)
  • Paris Hilton says she’s stopped partying. The world is officially coming to an end. (New York Post)
