This all-male Vanity Fair photo of talk show hosts has caused some controversy

People aren’t happy AT ALL.

SO, LAST NIGHT Vanity Fair put out an article from their latest issue titled ‘Why late-night television is better than ever’.

The accompanying photo on Twitter showed the ‘titans’ of late-night telly in the States – and people quickly noticed its distinct lack of diversity:

Twitter user Sebastian Nebel was one of the first to comment on it, and his tweet exploded with over 1000 retweets

Which then led to a debate amongst hundreds of people as to the state of TV presenting roles in the US

Most people were blown away to see such a vivid representation of just how many lads there are in the top jobs

Then, of course, the photoshopping began – and some of them were excellent

In just over 12 hours, the Vanity Fair photo has already become a meme

Quick work, internet.
